What are the color options and how many do I get to choose?
Our custom heart candies come in seven colors/flavors:
- White (mint)
- Orange (orange)
- Yellow (lemon-lime)
- Pink (cherry)
- Green (apple)
- Purple (grape)
With every order you can choose up to three colors. If you would only like one or two colors that is fine too.
Will my message fit on the candy and how do I know it will look good?
Your candy can be printed with up to three lines of text, with 8 characters on each line. Need 9 characters or something slightly different? We may be able to accomodate you. Please email us at hello @ mycustomcandy.com or use live chat and let us know what you are trying to accomplish!
Messages will be randomly assorted on your chosen colors and some messages may print off center.
What are the candy hearts ingredients and nutrition facts?
Sugar, Corn Syrup, Dextrose, Glycerine, Gelatin, Citric Acid, Tragacanth Gum, Artificial Flavors and Artificial Colors.
Per 4 pieces: 60 calories / 5% carbohydrate
Are the candy hearts and mints Kosher?
All the ingredient are Kosher but the product is not certified Kosher.
Are the candy hearts and mints Vegan?
No they are not vegan. They contain animal based gelatin.
Where do I specify the colors and text that I want for my order?
Please specify the custom messages and colors that you want in the fields provided for this before you click “Add to Cart”.
Can you ship outside of the United States?
Yes we can ship outside of the United States. We offer worldwide shipping to Australia, Canada and other countries.
How soon will I get my custom heart candy order?
Orders typically take 2-3 weeks for bulk hearts and 2-5 weeks for custom packaging. Please contact us if you have an exact deadline and we will do our best to accommodate you. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless received in writing – please email us at email@example.com if you need by a certain date.
Can you ship Worldwide including Canada and Australia?
Yes, we can ship to almost anywhere in the world. Simply enter your shipping information during checkout and rates will be calculated.
What is your Return/Refund Policy?
Please contact us if you have changes or need to cancel your order. If it has not been processed yet we will be happy to cancel your order and provide a refund. If the order has already been produced there are no returns/refunds. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us as firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make it right for you!
